Please note all receptions/banquets held in the Dining Hall are to be catered by LLEC. The chefs and kitchen staff at LLEC would love to cater your event. A non-refundable facility deposit of $300.00 is required for these Banquets, which is credited to the final bill. This charge is for use of the facility only. The Banquet Catering fee is $25 per person minimum. For Banquets, 50% of the total amount and a confirmed number of guests are due three weeks before your event. The balance is due upon arrival. Events that are held in other parts of the property can be catered by another caterer. If you choose to use a caterer other than LLEC there is a fee of 10% of the food bill. This fee is over and above the facility fee. |
