Camp Henry Blessing of the Elders

All Camp Henry Staff Alumni are invited to join us for the 2025 Blessing of the Elders celebration on Friday, June 13th. The tradition of former Camp Henry counselors coming together to bless the new staff as they begin the summer started many years ago and remains one of Camp Henry’s most cherished traditions. Please join us at 5:30pm for a special dinner with Bishop José and the Lake Logan/Camp Henry Board of Directors. Following the meal, we will move to the Outdoor Chapel for the blessing, a short liturgy, and time to share stories/advice, followed by a campfire with all of your favorite campfire songs! Folks may rent a cabin or sign-up to camp on the field following the blessing. 

After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to our donation page. We encourage all who are able to contribute $25 to cover the cost of their meal. Folks may choose to rent a Lake Logan cabin or camp on the field following the blessing. For those who plan to camp on the field, please consider donating to our Hurricane Helene Restoration Fund to help our continued efforts to repair damages caused by the storm and get ready for summer camp. Five cents to five thousand dollars – everything is greatly appreciated!

Last but certainly not least, we hope you all feel inspired to give generously to the Camp Henry Scholarship Fund. As you all know, these donations directly help over 200 campers experience the transformative magic of Camp Henry each summer.
